Shastri accepts Gill has acknowledged he is a top-notch player, and it is currently dependent upon him to be reliable in the games ahead. In the meantime, Gill crushed a staggering 50 overs (63 off 36 balls) as the reigning champs redesigned the objective with five wickets in 19.2 overs.
