Ajinkya Rahane, the impactful performer of the CSK team, has given credit to MS Dhoni for his selection in the World Test Championship (WTC) final. Rahane’s selection in the Indian team for the WTC final was based on his consistent performances in the longest format of the game over the years. He has been a regular member of the Indian Test team and has played a vital role in India’s success in Test cricket, both at home and abroad.
However, it is worth noting that Dhoni has played a significant role in shaping the careers of many Indian cricketers, including Rahane. Dhoni’s leadership and advice have been instrumental in the development of several young cricketers who have gone on to become successful at the international level.
On this achievement, I am thankful for the support and motivation of captain MS Dhoni, who helped me improve my game, and today I got the opportunity for which I was waiting: to perform well and take our team to the top of the tournament.
The captaincy of Mahi has helped CSK register a total of 10 points on the tournament chart table to stay on top of it. However, they are very close to reaching the playoffs to play an unbeaten knockout to chase a fifth title for the CSK team.
