Deep Dasgupta sheds light on the performance of Arshdeep in the recently held IPL match.

The 46th Indian Premier League match happened on May 3 between the Punjab Kings and Mumbai Indians. However, the match result was found to be that the Punjab Kings lost their game by six wickets against the Mumbai Indians in their previously held match.

During the 46th match, the Punjab Kings Batters handled their game very well, as they had more than 200 runs against the opponent team. But, from a bowling point of view, Punjab King’s performance got down, and for that reason, Mumbai Indians got successful in winning that match.

The fabulous player of the Punjab Kings, Arshdeep Singh, disappointed his team in a Premier League match against the Mumbai Indians. Arshdeep scored 66 runs to take one wicket from the Mumbai Indians during the 20-over match. However, Deep Dasgupta shows concern for Arshdeep and says that he needs to do some more work on his game.

Deep Dasgupta is a former Indian cricketer who played as a wicketkeeper and a lower-order batsman for the Indian cricket team. He played in eight Test matches and five One-Day Internationals (ODIs) for India between 2001 and 2002.

After retiring from playing cricket, Dasgupta became a full-time cricket commentator and analyst. He is now a popular face in the Indian cricket media and is known for his insightful analysis of the game.

Arshdeep’s best IPL performance came in the 2021 season when he took 12 wickets in 11 matches at an average of 23.08 and an economy rate of 8.28. He played a crucial role in the Punjab Kings’ bowling attack and was instrumental in their success in the tournament.

One of his best performances was against the Chennai Super Kings in the 2021 season, where he took three wickets for 20 runs in his four overs and helped the Punjab Kings to a crucial win. Hopefully, Arshdeep Singh could return to his original form, which could be more helpful for his side to win their next game, which will happen on May 8 against KKR.
